At the helm of the culinary staff, Executive Chef Dennis J. Farrell has crafted specialty dishes exclusively to beachhouse, including Lobster Glazed Seared Local Sea Scallops over Truffle Sweet Cream Corn, Beet & Goat Cheese Terrine with roasted beets, Frisseé, Crostinis and Truffle Balsamic Vinaigrette and a 28oz USDA Prime 21 Day Aged Cowboy Ribeye Steak. Guests can also indulge in high class mixology with decadent cocktails such as the Beach Bum Margarita and Dragon Fruit Martini.
Open seven days a week for lunch, brunch and dinner, beachouse is available to cater any soirée—either in-house, at the office or at your desired venue — and is the brainchild of Michael Gluckman, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who earned an Associate’s Degree of Science in Culinary Arts, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management.
