East Hampton’s Martha Stewart announced that her company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, has hired Blackstone Advisory Partners to evaluate its options—including a potential sale of the franchise. MS Living Omnimedia is currently valued at $250 million, down from $2 billion in 2005.
