“I’m going to destroy this place,” was what an angry man inside of Candy Kitchen in Bridgehampton said while brandishing a ketchup bottle.
On July 12, a couple was asked to try and calm their children down after a complaint from a few of the customers at the restaurant. The couple then stormed out in anger, only for the man to return a few minutes later, pick up a ketchup bottle and start yelling and threatening the employees of the restaurant.

UGGGHHHHHH! My husband and I visited Candy Kitchen in Novemeber 2010 from Texas…..great experience….loved it. This July we came back with my father raving how good it was for lunch and breakfast. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED….I know it’s busier in the summer but????????? I had to do cartwheels for the smug High school boy to observe me and answer my question about sitting…….Then our tired haggard waitress came over …..and her vibe sent waves to us like …..don’t mess with me.!.!. I ordered a health plate and explained to her how I wanted my hamburger cooked, my husband ordered a pastrami and potato salad , and my dad a cheesburger. LAter the order came….I got scolded because the health plate (furmented fruit white iceburg and cottage cheese ) DID NOT COME WITH A HAMBURGER PATTY BUT SHE COULD BRING ME ONE…..BLESS HER HEART…………my husband never got his potato salad after asking two times ….and my dads burger was complimented with no mustard or KEtchup , WHITE ICEBURG AND A TOMATO SLICE…..DO you have to be famous or Jewish to get good sevice here……by the way…..our waitress was not the blond with the limp ……the haggard big ass is the one who made our day!!!!! Shame on you Candy Kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
