Cheyenne Jackson was in the Hamptons this Labor Day Weekend to do a lot more than play Guild Hall. On Saturday the actor, who costars with Alec Baldwin on 30 Rock and also lends his talents to Glee, married his longtime partner, physicist Monte Lapka.
“It’s official, after 11 years together, Zora’s no longer a bastard,” Jackson told followers on Twitter, referring to the couple’s dog. “Married the best man I’ve ever known.”
In an interview last fall, Jackson said he’d like to get married on the beach, and the Hamptons became the perfect spot once the New York State Senate passed the Marriage Equality Act back in June.
