Sag Harbor resident Donna Karan was the keynote speaker at the 11th Annual United Way Women’s Leadership Breakfast in Miami last week. The designer and philanthropist spoke about building Haitian commerce by selling local artisans’ work through her Urban Zen Foundation. Said Karan, “It’s not giving them money; it’s giving them a job.
