Last Night At 230 Elm In Southampton Was Awesome

It was a really good time at 230 Elm last night in Southampton for the Last Chance Animal Rescue Benefit. The place was packed and the live music was outrageously good. American Idol star Leah Laurenti was there singing onstage, simply stunning the crowd with her voice. She sang Adel songs as well as Coldplay songs.

Whitney Brooke Knowlton of Last Chance Animal Rescue was highly pleased with the turnout and gave a great speech on the stage, thanking everybody for showing up and donating to the charity. Last Chance Animal Rescue is one of those charities that does nothing but good, and it was nice to see everybody smiling.

In true rock and roll fashion, the band, New Life Crisis showed up a little late, but when they did show up, everybody went nuts for them and started dancing.

It was a great night, for a great cause. Here’s a video of the party. Enjoy!

Up early preparing to fly back to Florida. I love animals and was walking Marlie in Upper West Side today and met one of those rescue dogs and a very nice woman and I told her that all animals sense fear and love. I sat down and her dog came up to Marlie and they got to know each other and they young lady stated to me that I had a special sense with animals. I happen to love animals, human beings and life most of all. As for Adele, my favorite singing artist. Her songs are such a reflection of the pain and happiness in her life. In Kaballah, when a woman cries it creates a miracle. I love all woman. They are a gift from above to all men. It is not easy for a man to be a servant to a woman but why not as they are just make me smile. Cannot wait for summer, looking forward to playing some golf and enjoying the Hamptons and visiting my favorite Rabbi and his family. They are way cool and he sings like an Italian Opera Singer and his wife and family are just the nicest human beings I have ever met. Kalman

After spending Saturday night at 230 Elm with LCAR, I can attest that the volunteers are the real deal. These volunteers walk the walk, and are passionate about their down to their cores. The production was nothing short of glamorous. I had the pleasure of volunteering as the photographer with the organization, and I’m so glad I had the chance to spend time with the volunteers personally. The event was not only entertaining, but classy & stylish. A good time was had by all, and I’m glad I could be a part of it.
