It’s mere days after Alec Baldwin marries Hilaria Thomas, and he’s the one giving gifts. Baldwin has donated $1 million to the New York Philharmonic, the music organization stated, a gift given to honor Zarin Mehta, its outgoing president and executive director. Baldwin is a member of Philharmonic’s board and hosts its radio show “The New York Philharmonic This Week,” and, according to the Philharmonic, the money came from Baldwin’s earnings for his Capital One commercials.
