4th Annual Family Fair “CMEE In The Great Outdoors”

The largest fundraiser of the year for the Children’s Museum of the East End, “CMEE In The Great Outdoors” is a day of nature themed arts and crafts, water slides, entertainment, games, music, food and more with Honorary Chairs Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, Mariska Hargitay, Peter Hermann, Alexandra Wentworth, George Stephanopoulos and Mark Feuerstein.

South Fork Natural History Museum (SoFo)—Family Fun: Sculpture from Nature at the Andy Warhol Preserve

Head to Montauk with the South Fork Natural History Museum and discover the wind-swept woodland and stunning rocky beach of the Nature Conservancy’s Andy Warhol Preserve. Artist Grace Markham will lead the group in building sculptures from found materials as the Atlantic Ocean provides inspiration for all. Bideawee 4th Annual Doggie Social

With the dog days of summer soon here, Bideawee will host its 4th annual Doggie Social and offer people and their pets a day of fun-filled activity at its campus in Westhampton. Activities include an agility course; open house at the Dog Park at Bideawee; dog wash; doggie dental checks from the Animal Hospital at Bideawee; paw reading; cool down dog course; professional pet photography; raffles; dog treat vendors and more. Greenport Gallery Walk 2012

Saturday, July 21, 6–9 p.m., Greenport Village

On the third Saturday of every month from June to September, over 60 businesses in Greenport open for an evening of shopping, eating and browsing. All businesses will have lanterns in front of their establishments providing a warm welcome for all visitors. Some businesses will have promotions, special sales and raffles. The Schoolhouse on Front St. and Main will be the Information Center that will distribute brochures and cards and give directions and information to visitors.

The Hampton Designer Showhouse, now in its 12th year, is a showcase for America’s premiere design talent. Approximately 25 top interior designers and decorative artists will turn a lavish shingle style home into a decorating masterpiece. Admission to the Showhouse is $30 and includes the Showhouse Journal. The Hampton Designer Showhouse will be open to the public through Labor Day.
