English Country Antiques, Bridgehampton

You know English Country Antiques, Snake Hollow Road, Bridgehampton, has it all going on with their newest feature – Cocktails at Sunset – their new outdoor garden furniture and accessories area at the Bridgehampton location. Look for really outstanding outdoorsy looks and likes such as a comfy double lounge with umbrella, sunbeds in recycled teak and wicker for easy living, new designs in Sunbrella blue and white fabrics that can be left outdoors, and a large stock of many different designs of Chinese garden stools. How about renting outdoor furniture (available for rent and sale) with next day local delivery? How ‘bout that one?

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK:

HARDCORE-Cycling, 375 County Road 39, Southampton, opened its doors on May 14, offering residents and weekend warriors an indoor cycling fitness method designed to strengthen and harden the entire core of the body – just in time for beach season. HARDCORE-Cycling combines state-of-the-art RealRyder® bikes with CORE-Precision Technology designed to simulate an actual road bike workout with cutting-edge training techniques off the bike, resulting in a workout that burns 650 to 900 calories per class and tones the core muscles of the body more quickly than stationary bike workouts. Adding to the HARDCORE-Cycling experience is a 10-foot, high-definition video screen showing scenic courses in Argentina, and energetic music. They also offer personal training sessions; three levels of cycling classes; changing rooms and storage areas; vending machines stocked with sports drinks, sports bars and healthy snacks; and a dramatic work-out space that features stadium seating with an enclosed cycling area and attached workout section for off-bike training. Classes are regularly $25 per person for a one-hour cycling workout and include an optional 15 minutes of mat work. No gym fee is required. Class reservations can be made by calling 631-377-3552 or by visiting HARDCORE-Cycling.com.
