HARDCORE-Cycling combines state-of-the-art RealRyder® bikes with CORE-Precision Technology designed to simulate an actual road bike workout with cutting-edge training techniques off the bike, resulting in a workout that burns 650 to 900 calories per class and tones the core muscles of the body more quickly than stationary bike workouts. Adding to the HARDCORE-Cycling experience is a 10-foot, high-definition video screen showing scenic courses in Argentina, and energetic music. They also offer personal training sessions; three levels of cycling classes; changing rooms and storage areas; vending machines stocked with sports drinks, sports bars and healthy snacks; and a dramatic work-out space that features stadium seating with an enclosed cycling area and attached workout section for off-bike training.
