Sandpipers Summer Fun Camp at East Hampton Day Care Learning Center offers a FUN and educational summer program for children ages 18 months to 6 years old.
The Camp nurtures children’s curiosity, encourages them to explore their worlds and guides them as they make new discoveries. Sandpipers Summer Fun Camp provides a wonderful, enriching summer experience for children with a daily calendar of stories, arts, outdoor play, rest and reflection time with special projects that engage and inspire.
The Camp is scheduled as four 2-week sessions each focusing on a different theme with activities developed by our team of certified teachers and trained and certified assistants. Children will be engaged in art projects, walking field trips, outdoor activities, visits from community leaders as well as outside experts who will be on hand to offer “specials” – music, physical education, yoga, swimming at the East Hampton RECenter, and (new this year) Fun Learning Spanish.
Sandpipers Summer Fun Camp runs from July 3 through August 29 and is offered as a full or half day session, for any two-week session or the entire summer. Breakfast, lunch and two snacks are offered daily.
