Yards will be walked and cleaned to the best of our ability.
Waste will be bagged and left in garbage cans or can be taken away for an additional $5.00 per month.
Heavy rain or snow on a scheduled cleaning will result in a No Pick-Up, If possible the lawn will be cleaned within that same week. No credit will be given because the driver will have extra amounts to pick-up on the next pick up.
Leaves in the fall make it difficult to see everything so please try to have at least one fall clean-up done.

Payments and Charges

Payments are based on a monthly balanced billing program
Invoices will be printed on the 15th of each month and due before the 1st.
Invoiced will be delivered your next service day after being printed.
Payments can be picked up the week after invoice delivery, mailed in before the due date or paid online.
It is your responsibility to make arrangements with either your driver or our office for a pick up location.
Payments not received by the due date will incur a $15.00 late charge and added to your next invoice. (Service may also be suspended)
Checks and cash are accepted. You may also pay online at poopawayonline.com
All returned checks have a $25.00 service fee that you are responsible to pay, and checks will no longer be accepted as payment on that account.
Prompt payments are appreciated so we may provide continuous service.
All customers should get a receipt from driver when payment is made.
Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Poop Away.

Customer Responsibility

Yards and pen must be accessible.
Aggressive dogs must be left in on scheduled cleaning days.
Gate must be free of snow. Easy access is needed.
Payments are to be made and left in a timely manner.
48 hour notice on all cancellations.
Direct all questions, problems, concerns, changes in service and cancellations to the office to assure proper attention.
