Products We Use

We use the finest water and oil base polyurethane. Over the past 15 years water base poly has surpassed the newer oil bases in durability and quality of the floor.

Water base is a non yellowing, non toxic poly that gives a much harder surface on your wood floor. The three water base products we use are all from Bonakemi. Here are some photos of finished jobs with Bonakemi polyurethane. Oil base poly is a thicker yet softer yellowing finish. Benefits of doing an oil base vs. a water base would be that its cheaper and it can give you a “bowling alley like” shine.

We use all Minwax stains. We offer a wide variety of colors, which we will be happy to show you samples on your floor.
