Most people on the East End have seen Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning logo somewhere, from our signature vans to our distinguished employee uniforms, to our ads in Dan’s Paper. What most people do not know about are the people behind Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning.
Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning is a family based company. Most of our employees have worked together for over 10 years. We have such a great connection that we know how to communicate and help each other while working together in a safe environment. It is like an extended family in the office.
Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning employees are very invested in the Eastern Long Island community. A majority of our employees are local residences that grew up on Eastern Long Island and now their children and grandchildren are growing up on east end. We take pride of where we are from and would only want to best for our Eastern Long Island neighbors.
All of our employees are drug-tested, background check, and driver license checked before being an employee of Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. After being hired our employees are trained in their field of work. Due to our training most of our employees have achieved great goals and awards, for example, two of our office employees have achieved Top Scoreboard Performer for customer care service several months in a row with a nation wide HVAC organization that we are affiliated with.
Our installers and technicians have also been trained and certified in the most up to date equipment so customers have the choice to choose from the most efficient equipment for their home. Plus if you just need a service call we are widely trained on all equipment types, so there is never a concern for customers to questions if Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning knows how to fix their specific piece of equipment.
All employees are also up to date with safety policies to ensure that your home has the safest procedure in place for when we working in your home. We are trained monthly on the most current safety regulations involving working in your and also safety procedures that should be used on a regular basis in your personal life. We care for the safety of our employees off the clock as well.
