    I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience on the Hampton Jitney although I take most of my trips to Manhattan on their Ambassador buses. Very comfortable, great customer service, and it sure beats sitting in traffic for two+ hours. Only issue I have is that their wifi keeps going out and it usually happens one to three times a trip. You just have to ask the attendant to reboot. Other than that, I’d stick give them an A+
