25th Annual Art Fair and Auction at Queen of Most Holy Rosary Church in BH

Each year the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church in Bridgehampton hosts an Annual Art Fair and Auction. This year’s event, which is especially important as it mark’s our 25 th year, is scheduled for Saturday, July 7 th, 2012. Entrance begins at 6 pm and the auction bidding opens at 7:30 pm and the events will be held on the grounds of the church in Bridgehampton.
The event is open to the community for a modest admission charge of $40.00 per person which includes wine and hors d’oeuvres served under a festive tent. The Art Fair and Auction promotes the works of over 30 well known local artists, with this year’s featured artist Carol Saxe. It provides a unique opportunity to purchase the art works of several well known local artists with the knowledge that a significant portion of the proceeds goes toward the support of the church’s numerous community outreach activities.
In the past, your paper has been an important source of public press for our Annual Art Fair and Auction and we would be deeply grateful if you would consider listing it again this year.
We are a small but local organization where all the proceeds stay in the community. Any press coverage is meaningful to us.
