Come celebrate PRINTS, an exhibition of digital artwork created by Pierson High School students during a printmaking- workshop-intensive at the Almost Beachfront Studio of Stony Brook-Southampton College.
This Reutershan Educational Trust-funded three-day program, a collaboration between Pierson and the Visual Arts Program of Stony Brook-Southampton, was directed by Scott Sandell of Stony Brook-Southampton, with support from Pierson art teacher Peter Solow and visiting artist Casey Anderson.
Eleven students participated in the class; a portion of their vibrant art is shown in this exhibit, which is a continuation of the ongoing support of the Sag Harbor Public Schools Arts initiatives by the John Jermain Memorial Library, 34 Water St, Sag Harbor.
