What: Center Stage at Southampton Cultural Center will hold open auditions for performances of Motherhood Out Loud
When: Monday, February 4th at 6:00 PM and Tuesday, February 5th at 6:00 PM
Where: Levitas Center for the Arts at Southampton Cultural Center, 25 Pond Lane, Southampton Village
Auditions begin promptly at these times. Late arrivals will be seen at the discretion of the director. Rehearsals will begin immediately.
Performances will begin on March 7, 2013 and run through March 24, 2013.

Motherhood Out Loud entrusts the subject of motherhood to a dazzling collection of celebrated American writers, resulting in a joyous, moving, hilarious, and altogether thrilling theatrical play. Utterly unpredictable, Motherhood Out Loud shatters traditional notions about parenthood, unveils its inherent comedy and celebrates the deeply personal truths that span and unite generations. Motherhood Out Loud reveals with illuminating insight the humor, raw emotions and rocky roads we experience in life. Motherhood Out Loud premiered at Primary Stages, was conceived by Susan R. Rose and Joan Stein, and contains monologues written by Leslie Ayvazian, David Cale, Jessica Goldberg, Beth Henley, Lameece Issaq, Claire LaZebnik, Lisa Loomer, Michele Lowe, Marco Pennette, Theresa Rebeck, Luanne Rice, Annie Weisman and Cheryl L. West.
