The Choral Society of the Hamptons’ and South Fork Chamber Orchestra’s holiday concert, “A Baroque Christmas,” will take place on Sunday, December 9, at the Bridgehampton Presbyterian Church in two performances at 3 p.m. and at 5:30 p.m.
The program includes music by Pergolesi, Charpentier, Buxtehude, Vivaldi, and Corelli. The soloists are Mary Hubbell, Emily Eagan, Suzanne Schwing, Andrew McCullough, and Mischa Bouvier. A detailed press release is forthcoming.
The concerts will be preceded by a benefit brunch at Pierre’s restaurant on Main Street in Bridgehampton ($200 per person) and followed by a free reception and silent auction, beginning at about 7 p.m., at the nearby Bridgehampton Community House.
Members of the chorus are selling tickets in advance at $25. They will be $35 at the door. Tickets for those under 18 are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
