Cookbook author Margaret Johnson presents a holiday tea demonstration at Canio’s, Saturday, December 8 at 2:30 p.m. Margaret Johnson, author of many books on Irish cooking and traditions, shows how to host and enjoy a simple tea for friends and family. An experience cook and host, she’ll share tips for making the holidays a more pleasurable occasion for all. Margaret Johnson is author of New Flavors of Ireland; Tea and Crumpets: Recipes and Rituals from European Tearooms and Cafes; New Irish Table and many others. She leads tours of Ireland and when not travelling keeps a home in Westhampton.
