Creating a Seasons Table with Peconic Land Trust

Families with young children are invited to this workshop, which includes a nature walk to The Child’s Garden Preschool nearby for a nature based-storytime. During the walk, we’ll forage for natural materials and experience the beauty of the seasons as we find special gifts of nature for our “seasons table.” Workshop begins with the creation of the foraging container to be used during the walk, then a stop at the Preschool for the story time, and a return walk to the Peconic Land Trust’s Ag Center. Program is suited for ages 3-6 years with parent or caregiver. $10/child, limited to 10 children, reservations a must. Rain cancels.
