EAST HAMPTON, NY November 5, 2012 — Looking for a new way to host a fabulous holiday party for your employees but the idea of putting in the work is turning you into the Grinch? East Hampton Point is coordinating the first annual town-wide multi-company holiday party on Friday, December 14, 2012, where local businesses buy tables instead on renting an entire venue. This is a new opportunity the community to celebrate with colleagues and network with neighbors.
“With this alternative to the traditional holiday party, colleagues can celebrate without breaking the company budget,” said East Hampton Point Event Coordinator Emma Beudert. “Our goal is to provide a hassle-free and joy-filled local holiday tradition.”
The evening will feature a gourmet buffet, festive holiday cocktails, music and décor that will turn East Hampton Point into a winter wonderland. Tables seat six to 12 guests. Companies may reserve a table by Monday, November 26, 2012. Tickets are $48.00 per seat, tax and gratuity included. Drink tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door and a cash bar is available.
“We want everyone to have a great time and mingle with neighbors. We hope this community event becomes an ongoing tradition everyone can look forward to each year,” said East Hampton Point General Manager Michael Capoferri.
A gift basket of non-perishable foods will be assembled and donated to the East Hampton Food Pantry. This provides an opportunity for businesses to give back on a local level.
