Music lovers come see this smorgasbord of Hamptons current performers (mostly musicians), enjoy a great show, and find out who and what you’d like to see more of an when/where/how you can!
Musicians and dancers who have upcoming performances are invited to perform a few songs and tell about when and where people can experience more.
Music lovers can come and hang out with the musicians, have some food and drinks, and get an insider’s view on what’s happening in the upcoming week in music in the Hamptons.
“There’s no other show like this in the Hamptons. It’s a win-win-win-win,” says show’s host, Katherine C. H. E. “It is early enough that musicians can pop by before a gig and still make it over, and it is an informative, fun way to spend a ‘happy hour’ for people who love music.”
“It is not an ‘open mic’ per se. Musicians will largely be lined up in advance, but we’ll definitely leave some room for spontaneity and serendipity. There’s a magic that happens when you get a room full of musicians. You just never know what wonderful things might happen.
