Free Holiday Health Fair

On Friday, December 7th, The East Hampton Healthcare Foundation, Southampton Hospital, and South Fork Community Health Initiative will co-sponsor a free Holiday Health Fair.
The event will be held at the Most Holy Trinity Church school building (44 Meadow Way, East Hampton, parking available behind Church).
Highlights will include free flu shots, visual oral (dental) exams and dental hygiene instruction, free glucose, total cholesterol, blood pressure, STI and HIV screenings and colorectal screening packages, application and appointments for mammograms and pap smear. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak with a health insurance representative and to sign up for HEAP and Project Warmth, home heating assistance programs, and food stamps. Healthy refreshments will be served.
