Hamptons Restaurant Week Returns April 7 – April 14!
Hamptons, New York.
Hamptons Restaurant Week signups have begun for the eleventh annual campaign set to kick off this April. From Sunday, April 7 through Sunday, April 14, participating restaurants offer three-course prix fixe menus for $19.95 or $27.95 or both $19.95 and $27.95, which will be available every night they are open except Saturday when it may only be offered until 7 p.m.
Originally designed to garner positive publicity and additional business for restaurants, Hamptons Restaurant Week is organized by WordHampton Public Relations, the creators of Long Island Restaurant Week . Over the last decade of Hamptons Restaurant Week , restaurateurs experienced a surge in business, some, by more than 50-percent during the promotion. Many restaurants reported midweek numbers to be up over 50 to 200-percent and some open early just for the week. The campaign also garnered an honorable mention from the MarCom Creative Awards, an international competition recognizing outstanding achievement by marketing and communications professionals.
East End lodging entities broaden the scope of the eight-day promotion by offering exclusive Hamptons Restaurant Week deals. Lodging properties may offer special rates that may include 15-percent off accommodations; stay two nights, get the third night free; or stay one night, get the second at half price. (Visit www.hamptonsrestaurantweek.com/diners for current participant lists)
Residents and visitors are given the chance to save while dining out at new restaurants (or old favorites), sampling vintages from local and notable vineyards, or staying at a unique lodging property in before the start of “high season.” For participants, this media-able, value-pricing campaign delivers a surge in business, a return on investment and community goodwill as they put their best foot forward to attract new and returning patrons.
Hamptons Restaurant Week has partnered with two standout East End not-for-profit organizations that support the children of our community. Project MOST is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization which offers an after school program committed to providing students academic support, enrichment activities and a positive social environment. Edible School Gardens is a not-for-profit group whose mission is to reconnect children and their families with real food and to empower and inspire local communities to eat well through school gardens, greenhouses, nutrition education and culinary experiences. Diners and restaurants will be able to give back to these organizations, as 100% of the funds donated will be donated to these two not-for-profit organizations. As well, Hamptons Restaurant Week participating restaurants that offer a donation program throughout Hamptons Restaurant Week will be listed with the “Give Back” icon on the participating restaurants page. When the diner chooses to dine at these locations a portion of dinner proceeds will go right back to these organizations.
Hamptons Restaurant Week is proud to support these local organizations. We believe in giving back to our local communities and especially to local children!
