Join us for a FREE heart health workshop to learn about staying heart healthy with nutrition and exercise. Free heart health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and body fat) will be available. All ages welcome. This program is brought to participants by the Southampton Hospital’s Wellness Initiative in partnership with the East Hampton Department of Human Services.
