Peconic Bay Winery is proud to partner with Fifth Season for their spring Winemaker’s Dinner. Fifth Season is in the heart of Port Jefferson and known for their delicious food sourced from local farms and waters. The dinner will feature Peconic Bay Winery’s 2011 Steel-Fermented Chardonnay, 2010 Malbec, 2010 Cabernet Franc, and 2010 Polaris Dessert Wine paired to the culinary arts of Fifth Season chefs and owners Erik Orlowski & John Urbinati.
