Join the Peconic Land Trust for their annual seeding workshop! Being able to offer a wide variety of fresh produce all year long is one of the keys to the success of Quail Hill Farm’s CSA, and starting vegetables early begins with the greenhouse. Work side by side with Scott Chaskey to plant a variety of seeds in the trays destined for the greenhouse, and learn from Scott about the importance of making and using compost from kitchen and yard debris.
Free! Program is rain or shine. Please park on Deep Lane, reached via Town Lane or Side Hill Lane, and meet Scott at the farm’s workshop.
