Walk Leader: Tyler Armstrong, South Fork Natural History Museum (SoFo) Nature Educator.

The easiest way to identify trees is by their leaves, but what do we do when their leaves have fallen? Join Tyler for a short walk in the winter woods and learn to identify our native trees by bark, branch, and behavior. We may even find some hardy tree fungi before winter is in full force. This walk is for adults, although children over the age of 12 may attend.

Reservations are required for all events. Participants must call (631) 537-9735 for reservations and information about meeting places.
