The Peconic Land Trust is once again teaming up with the Amagansett Farmers Market for Souper Tuesdays! Every Tuesday in August, a delectable soup will be created by the Amagansett Farmers Market using ingredients grown by local Amagansett farmers who work land either owned or managed by the Trust. Come down to the market weekly to meet the featured farmer and Trust staff, and enjoy the soup, available for sale. Participating farms include Quail Hill Farm, Amber Waves Farm, Balsam Farm and Sunset Beach Farm. Rain cancels.
