Ross School Community Programs is pleased to present TOEFL Prep, a new three-week course held on January 27, February 3 and 10, from 12–4:30pm. The cost of this course is $565.
Taught by Lance Charles Sun, this class is designed for eleventh graders who want additional support in preparing for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Students gain a comprehensive range of test-taking skills as well as foundational study skills that contribute to the overall success of their academic career.
The TOEFL measures an individual’s ability to use and understand English in an academic setting. Designed and administered by the Educational Testing Service, it is composed of four sections: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Many elite U.S. colleges and universities consider TOEFL scores to be fundamental for international students to gain admission.
